Harkkonian Spice

I fell in love with the Dune novel many, many years ago, and I was so excited to hear that they were filming it again and then I saw the trailer and thought, YES! And then I heard they were postponing the movie until next year (makes sense; corona). I went through the full range of emotions waking up on the 4th of November. Excitement, disappointment and finally happy excitement as the day went on. I had this t-shirt design on the back burner for a while now and decided to make it and put it up on my Redbubble shop only to be taken down within 24 hrs, go figure. Oh, well on to the next project, maybe I’ll take it to my local t-shirt shop and get one made for myself.

High Octane, T-Shirt design.

These T-Shirt designs usually result from a drawing in my sketchbook. I then take it into Autodesk Sketchbook and try to make a design out of it. As one can see this is the result of watching Fury Road over and over again.

T-Shirt design, Skull cross

I’m not dead. I haven’t posted for a while, beause things are a little chaotic in my life right now and I have to take care of a few things before I can concentrate on Art again. I was able to do a few T-Shirt designs and post them to Redbubble. I am working on a larger painting, but progress is slow and I want to do it justice and not just get it over with. In the mean time I will be drawing more with pencil and ink, because I need to get things out of my brain on to paper and it doesn’t matter how.
